Terms and Conditions for Establishing a GREENWILL Country Chapter
1. If GREENWILL International approves a Country Chapter request (hereinafter “Chapters”) they may be established for 1-year periods. GREENWILL International will renew the Chapter rights each year at no cost should all terms and conditions be followed and should the Chapter’s performance be in line with GREENWILL International’s expectations.
2. GREENWILL International will establish the Internet domain and email addresses for Chapter staff. Chapter staff must use only this domain and these email addresses for their GREENWILL-related activates and communication.
3. GREENWILL International will make available the use of the GREENWILL name, logo and marketing materials for free to the Chapter.
4. The Chapter should--as and when needed--translate all materials (website, Green Policy, Green Guidelines, social media pages, outreach materials, etc.) into local language(s).
5. The Chapter should commit to organizing GREENWILL events, e.g. Green Social, awareness raising trainings, etc. locally.
6. The Chapter must pledge to manage its operations and finances in a completely transparent manner and to share all key documents (budgets, contracts, strategies) with GREENWILL International.
7. The Chapter agrees that 20% (or a separately agreed-upon percentage) of the funds it raises for the purposes of GREENWILL will be donated to GREENWILL International.
8. The Chapter agrees to work in compliance with all national and local laws as pertains to its financial management, labor regulations and everything else. GREENWILL International does not take any responsibility for Chapter irregularities or liabilities.
9. Chapters themselves must be GREENWILL registrants and should operate their premises and operations in a manner consistent with their mission of promoting sustainability.
